Small, useful websites I've built and still look after.
90sleep.com
A sleep cycle calculator: tell it when you need to wake up, or that you're going to bed now, and it works out bedtimes and alarms that land between 90-minute cycles rather than in the middle of deep sleep. Launch post.
Remotely.nz
A job board for genuinely remote work in New Zealand. It gathers listings from several sources every day and filters out the "hybrid" roles that want you in an office three days a week. Launch post.
BuyVsRent.co.uk
A calculator for whether buying or renting a home makes more financial sense in the UK, including what your deposit would earn if you invested it instead. Launch post.
rentalyieldcalculator.co.uk
A quick rental yield calculator for landlords, letting agents and would-be investors: it works out your annual rental yield as you type. Launch post.
torquaytide.co.uk
Predicts the best day and time to go for a swim in Torquay, combining tide times with the weather forecast. Rebuilt automatically from weather and tidal APIs. Mentioned in the rental yield calculator post.
